Leadership development program
The journey to professional balance
Personal leadership for talented young professionals
You have been working for a few years. Your environment is professional, demanding, and constantly in motion. You keep all the balls in the air, but sometimes it feels as though you are doing so primarily on willpower and adrenaline.
You are ambitious, intelligent, and driven. Because of this, you occasionally encounter your own limits.
The combination of working, performing, maintaining a vibrant social life, and persevering requires more than you can sometimes give.
Sound familiar?
Then the leadership development program ‘The journey to professional balance’ is for you.
In Umbria, you will learn to stay closer to yourself amidst the hustle and bustle.
You will strengthen your inner stability, ensuring your personal development aligns once again with your professional growth.
Unique surroundings
Gubbio – Umbria – Italy
Residenza Castelnovo is situated on a hill just outside Gubbio, in Umbria — the green heart of Italy.
Castelnovo has been meticulously renovated: authentic beams, terracotta floors, and characterful details, combined with modern comfort.
A place that invites you to slow down, find peace, and create space for reflection.

Small-scale
This program is offered to a group of 4 to 6 participants.
This setup ensures:
– Maximum personal attention and depth
– Space for your specific issues and case studies
– A safe setting where trust is quickly established
– Direct interaction with both facilitators throughout the entire program
The result is an intensive and high-quality learning experience that is incomparable to regular group programs.
Online intake (NL)
We begin with an individual online conversation in which we clarify your question, context, and development goals.
Day 1: Arrival & settling in
You arrive at the location and meet the group. We take the time to settle in, detach from daily dynamics, and create a safe, open setting.
Day 2: Insight & awareness
We explore the context in which you work. You delve into yourself: what do you stand for, what drives you, and what does your environment demand of you?
Day 3: Depth & direction
‘Tame your perfectionism’: we work on resilience and examine how you handle perfectionism, high demands, and internal pressure. During a (partial) silent walk to Assisi, you will reflect on your personal and professional course.
Day 4: Integration & departure
You will present your own case studies and translate insights into concrete choices. We conclude with a personal return strategy: how will you take this back to your work and daily life?
Follow-up: Anchoring
Upon your return, an individual online session will follow, focused on reflection and the sustainable integration of your insights.
